1) Here at spainSIM.com we can not be held responsable for phones that do not accept SIM cards purchased from us. Your cell phone must be an UNLOCKED, GSM phone compatible with European cell networks in order to take a Spanish SIM card. Please see our REQUIREMENTS PAGE for more on UNLOCKED phones and GSM.
WE ARE, HOWEVER, UNIQUE IN OUR REFUND POLICY. YOU MAY RETURN YOUR SIM CARD TO US FOR ANY REASON.

PLEASE NOTE: this refund policy item "b)" above is not applicable to orders of over 2 SIM cards. Please contact us for details on refunds of bulk SIM card orders.

a) ... if you purchased a single SIM or DUAL SIM set from us and you cancelled your trip or realized you do not need the SIM(s) at this time you can return them to us and we will give you a credit for the purchase amt. of the product to spend on our shop in the future.
NOTES:
- All returned SIM cards must be in the same condition as when delivered and must retain the exact amount of original initial pre-paid call credit. Also, all original documentation must be returned in-tact with the SIM card(s).
- WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF 1 SIM CARD OF A DUAL SIM SET NOR OF GROUP SIM SETS. GROUP SIM SETS AND SINGLE SIMS OF A DUAL SIM SET ARE ONLY REFUNDABLE IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE.
4) It is our policy to NOT send PIN activation codes for SIM cards and phone+SIM packs with the products. For security reasons, we require that the client (you) e-mail us when they receive their order(s) in order to have us send the codes. This is for your own good as it insures that nobody except for YOU can use the SIM card.
3) On all SIM sales, post-sale technical service is provided by the cell provider of the SIM card brand you purchase here (vodafone Spain, MoviStar, orange/amena).
In the event that you purchase a cell phone/SIM card package, post-sale technical service is priovided by the phone manufacturer (Nokia, Siemens, Sony Ericsson, etc...).
NOTE: This is standard practice here in Spain no matter where you make your purchase.
4) All clients are free to contact us at any time during normal business hours but keep in mind that our resources are limited and we may defer you to other sources of customer/technical service.
5) Our Guarantee. Our lowest price guarantee applies to prices on exact same SIM cards that you see on other webshops online. These must be legitimate businesses selling new SIm cards foro less than we do in order for our 10 Euro and free shipping discount to apply. Excluded from this guarantee are...
a) Auction sites: cheaper is not always better as the SIM cards you see on auction sites may be used, defective, etc... and hence may be listed at a lower price.
b) Individuals: the competing SIM card must be offered by a legitimate BUSINESS, not an individual who has listed the SIM card on a website.
c) Second-hand webshops: as the SIMs must be new to qualify for our guarantee discount, SIMs listed on websites dedicated to selling second-hand merchandise only are excluded from our guarantee.
