CARD/S HERE. IF YOU BOUGHT YOUR SIM CARD ANYWHERE ELSE BUT
spainSIM.com, YOU CAN NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

- As you may know, all SIM
cards have a "life span". Below is a brief explanation of
this.
- SIM cards have 2 expiration
periods and they differ depending on the SIM card brand.
- All expirations periods are
from activation or last credit recharge.

Once a SIM card has expired, you
have lost your phone # for good.
This service is designed so that
you may easily add the minimum of 5 euros call credit to your unexpired
SIM card from outside of Spain before the expiration date(s) so that you
may conserve the existing call credit/ SIM card phone nº.
IT IS
ENTIRELY UP TO YOU TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR SIM LIFE. IF YOUR SIM HAS
EXPIRED AND THE PHONE NUMBER BEEN RE-ISSUED BY THE CELL COMPANY TO
ANOTHER CLIENT, WE WILL NOT KNOW THAT AND ANY FUNDS YOU ADD TO THE SIM
HERE WILL GO TO THE PERSON WHO CURRENTLY HAS YOUR PHONE NUMBER. IF YOU
THINK YOUR PHONE NUMBER HAS EXPIRED, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AS WE WILL
NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY IF THE NUMBER HAS BEEN RE-ISSUED TO SOMEONE ELSE.
In the
event that your SIM can not be renewed, you can purchase a new one here at
Keep your SIM
alive: Via the form and "Add to basket" button below, you will
request and pay for the addition of the minimum call credit recharge of
5 Euros to your SIM card.
There is a 5 Euro additional fee for this service to cover our time & bank
commission so the total cost of the service will be 10 euros.
NOTE: ONCE YOU PAY FOR THIS SERVICE, THE CREDIT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR SIM
CARD WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS (MON.-FRI.). THIS IS NOT AN INSTANT RECHARGE SERVICE SO PLEASE PLAN AHEAD ACCORDINGLY!

provided (phone number/s, purchase date, name of purchaser) must be
EXACT in order for us to locate your account and add the credit.
